Customer Service Rep - Wholesale

We currently have an employment opportunity in our Customer Service Department for a Customer Service Representative - Wholesale. Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the responsibilities of this position is to provide excellent customer service and sales support to wholesale accounts, business consultants and Partnership stores.

    Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Acts as liaison between wholesale customers, manufactures business consultants and office by responding to and following up on issues and requests with minimal direction.
  • Enters and reviews all orders daily for assigned territories. Releases and cancels orders as necessary. Maintian account level programs.
  • Follow-up on requests for ad slicks, invoice reprints, empty packaging, sales representative supplies, etc.
  • Process all credits, debit and call tags for assigned territory.
  • Makes outbound calls to promote new product/promotions and service small accounts.
  • Process new accounts and welcome packets for all new accounts for assigned terriroty.
  • Maintains territories. Oversees all assigned agencies and business consultants changes. May travel to territories and/or accounts.
  • For assigned retail Partnership accounts; enter all orders, promotions and programs.
  • Follows-up on shipped orders and provide proof of delivery as necessary.
  • Maintain C&E webiste with current wholesale account information, address, phone, etc.
  • Support the wholesale and e-commerce/mailorder team when needed.
  • Actively participate in ongoing product training and integrate such knowledge into job on a daily basis. Keeps desk manual up-to-date and review daily for continued self-training.
  • Participates as a team member and openly communicates with fellow associates. Actively seek and suggest more efficient processes for performing tasks.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Associates Degree preferred or high school diploma and 2-3 years of customer service, order processing experience and demonstrated writing skills.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook. AS400 knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to independently resolve issues.
  • Professional communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
